The hotel is located on the outskirts of town, which gives it a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were equipped with all the basic amenities we needed, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The breakfast included with our stay was delicious and offered a variety of options to satisfy every palate.

The staff is very nice. Dinner was delicious. The bus 150 from Salzburg stop very close to the hotel. The hotel has a beatiful decoration.

There wasnt soap in the bathroom, only liquid soap inside the shower.

No soap was provided in the rooms and it was not provided when we asked for it. This was hotel policy. The bathroom was quite dangerous with a very high step between the bath and the floor. There was no stopper/plug for the bathroom sink. The covering under the sheets was not sufficient. Between our feet and the mattress was just the sheet. The room was dated and the bed was uncomfortable. The location is excellent for the Salzkammergut but if weather is bad the hotel is pretty depressing to be honest.

This hotel is a real gem! the location is brilliant. It's just a short walk to the center of town, making it really convenient for exploring all the attractions. Secondly, the staff are incredibly helpful and efficient. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Thirdly, the rooms are spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities you need. And finally, the breakfast is included in the price, which is a fantastic bonus.

Honestly, I couldn't find a single fault with this hotel. Everything was perfect!

Every thing was ok, but..... My neighbour men had snored terrible, unfortunatly I couldnt sleep about it, but isnt hotel's mistake. I suggest : the beds hadent stand same wall !

Very accommodating staff and very helpful. I especially like the ability to griddle eggs by myself, a rarity in a region which assumes everyone wants their eggs extremely moist.

The smoking from the dining room, even when it is almost completely empty every day, permeates all the hallways. The rooms are all (or mostly) non smoking, but what is the purpose if every time the room door is open it is blasted with smoke?
